  3. Confirm or clarify. The author confirms the interpretation or adds clarification. A later revision marks older responses as earlier versions.

  1. Describe one change, or begin with a reply-window, review-handoff or focus-time example.
  2. Invite someone to explain one concrete consequence for their routine.
  3. Confirm or clarify the interpretation. If the preference changes again, older interpretations are marked as earlier revisions.

Each interpretation and response is visible only to its recipient and the author; invite holders can read the shared preference. This is not a contract, legal agreement or employee assessment tool.
